Be a Barista at Home: Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee

It's that time of year when clothes start to get cosy, and coffee gets festive! And what's Autumn without a bit of pumpkin spice? That's why Team B's here to save you a trip to the barista, with our very own Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee Recipe

You will need:

1 Bottleshot Coffee
1 Milk Frother         
1Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Puree
1/4 Cup Barista Blend Oat Milk
A Pinch of Seat Salt and Pumpkin Pie Spice

1) In a measuring cup, combine your chilled down oat milk with maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and salt. Then use a milk frother to froth your milk until it reaches a whipped cream like consistency. For the first minute or so hold your frother at a 45 degree angle to create a whirlpoool of bubbles. Continue frothing for 1-3 minutes until you get a smooth foam.

2) Assemble the drink. Pour your Bottleshot of choice over ice and spoon your desired amount of foam on top. Top off the foam with an extra sprinkle of pumpkin spice and you're all set!
