FAQ

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

We deliver weekly for free in SW London. Other addresses in central London may require a small delivery free, which we will contact you about to agree upon before sending.

You can order bottles when you need them, or we recommend subscribing to our weekly delivery subscription (with the option to skip any weeks, which is good for when you're out of town).

If you are not home we will leave the coffee in a designated safe space. We are not responsible for anything that happens after we leave the bottles in the area instructed.

WHY DO YOU ONLY DELIVER IN SW?

We're small at the moment, but hoping to grow! If you live in London but outside SW and would like to get coffee delivered then you can sign up and we'll contact you OR you can email us your request and we'll calculate the extra shipping costs for you to order in advance.

We do not at this time offer any shipping outside of London.

WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY TELEPHONE NUMBER

As we want to do everything we possibly can to ensure you receive the product, we ask you to provide your telephone number so we can send you an MMS if we're having trouble finding your door or need to know your "safe space" for leaving. If you do not wish us to contact you here, just make a note of it on your account when placing an order, but it may mean we're not able to deliver to you if it's your first order and we can't find you.

WHAT IS CONDENSED COFFEE?

We provide an all natural, liquid coffee concentrate made using a cold brew process. Since it is a concentrate, just 25 ml of liquid makes a cup of hot or iced delicious coffee.

Cold brewing is the process of capturing the full flavor of freshly roasted coffee using only cold water. There is no heat used in a cold brew process, so most of the acids normally found in hot brewed coffee remain in the grounds producing a rich, smooth and less bitter concentrated coffee.

IF ITS "COLDBREW" COFFEE, CAN IT REALLY MAKE COLD OR HOT DRINKS?

Yes, coldbrew doesn't mean iced coffee, it's the brewing process we use to make the condensed coffee. It's delicious in cold or hot coffee drinks. Since it is a true concentrate, it is extremely versatile and can be used in a long list of drinks. Just like espresso, you pour the shot in a glass and then mix in the cold or hot liquid in order to choose your drink temperature. Visit the TIPS area for numerous recipes and ideas (or submit your own!).

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COFFEE?

To keep your coffee fresh you need to store the bottle in your refrigerator. If it cannot be refrigerated for any reason, the room temperature shelf life is 3-5 days.

HOW LONG IS THE COFFEE GOOD FOR?

Once you open the bottle and keep it refrigerated, the suggested usage time is up to 4 weeks although 2 weeks is best for optimal freshness and flavor. As each bottle provides 1 weeks worth of coffee and is delivered every Monday, keeping it fresh shouldn't be a problem!
